Service Description
To secure your booking with Elite Chores, we kindly ask for a £50 deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before the scheduled service date. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience, allowing us to allocate the necessary resources and deliver top-notch service tailored to your needs. Please note that this deposit policy does not apply to our subscription customers. Deposits cannot be used for booking within 10 days. Thank you for choosing us to transform your space!
Cancellation Policy
The Chore Crew are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. The Chore Crew will take their position seriously and will be respectful when providing services, therefore we will not tolerate abuse towards any member of staff, meaning staff have the consent to leave the property should this occasion ever arise. To cancel or reschedule, we ask that a notice period of 7 days is required. If you chose to cancel within this period, the amount you have paid is non-refundable. If a client has booked a service within 7 days of booking, no refund will be returned. For all house cleaning, we ask that clients let us know if there are specific chores to be left out. This should be done at least 24 hours before. The same applies for items to be left untouched. Clients will received a fully detailed itinerary. When clients book a timeslot in which, they will not be home, we ask that our cleaners are aware of how to access the property. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are therefore giving consent for a cleaner to enter your property. For clients that have specific allergies, we ask that this information is disclosed to use at the time of booking. If this is not disclosed to us, we will not be liable for any consequences of products used. When pets are vacant in the premises, we ask that at the time of booking, this information is disclosed. We adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both our clients and our staff. This includes using appropriate cleaning products and equipment, as well as following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials. We respect the privacy of our clients and maintain confidentiality at all times. Any information shared with us will be kept secure and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. For sensitive or high-profile cleaning projects, we offer non-disclosure agreements to ensure the privacy and comfort of our clients. We strive to deliver the highest quality of cleaning services. Our team is trained to meet industry standards and we regularly review and improve our processes to ensure client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your clean, please let us know within 24 hours to ensure we can rectify this promptly. The Chore Crew is fully insured, providing coverage for any damages or accidents that may occur during the cleaning process. This ensures peace of mind for our clients.
